• All payments are due upfront before the project begins unless
otherwise agreed upon.
• For split payment plans, each installment must be
received before proceeding to the next stage of the project.
• No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, unless I
am
unable to fulfill the contract.
• If a commissioner fails to pay or charges back after the
work is completed, I reserve the right to remove defining
characteristics of the character and sell the work to others
and the commissioner forfeits all rights to the work
completed.
• I have the right to cancel and refund any commission for any
reason, no questions asked.Model Purchases:
If the project requires a model that I do not currently own, the cost
of purchasing this model will be added to the total bill. If I already
have the necessary model, no additional charge will be applied.Commercial & Licensing Terms:
• Personal Use Only: Default license (no resale/distribution)
• Shared Commercial License (Split Revenue): +50% base rate
• Full Commercial Buyout: +100% base rate (negotiable per
project)
• Distribution via your store (you handle VRCFury, etc.): no extra
fee if I retain credit
